Regarding day of wedding, ceremony…

  • The wedding dress code is formal attire. Think floor-length gowns or sophisticated midi dresses for women; tuxedos or dark suits with ties for men. We invite guests to dress in classic evening wear—tuxedos, dark suits, and elegant gowns.

  • Please arrive at 3:30PM for the ceremony. Doors close at 3:50PM

  • We love all of our family and friends of the family, however, unless otherwise stated as a person on the physical invite or the RSVP website, then no plus-ones or children allowed for the wedding ceremony (cocktail/reception).

  • Hotel guests can valet onsite or park next door parking garage. See rates below,

    Daily Indigo parking Rate: $10.80 CAD/Day

    Valet parking at hotel garage: $60/day (CAD $)

    Please note the hotel has no onsite parking, but public parking is available nearby.

    One King West & Hotel Victoria has partnered with Indigo Park Canada to offer a 5% discount on daily parking for the Commerce Court parkade, just around the corner from the hotel, and features three electric vehicle charging points. To take advantage of this discount, purchase parking in advance.

  • This is an offline and unplugged ceremony. Please turn off phones during the ceremony.

  • For Cocktail hour, passed hour dvoures will be provided.

    For dinner, choice of 1 entree:

    • Herb-Crusted Chicken Supreme with Red Wine Jus, Stuffed Baby Bliss Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables

    • Grilled 7 oz Manhattan Cut Striploin with Cabernet Jus, Herb-Roasted Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables

    • (Optional) Maple-Glazed Atlantic Salmon with Chive Beurre Blanc and Bomba & Herb Rice Pilaf and Seasonal Vegetables

  • Yes! Bar will be open, no cash bar

    Serving, Gordon’s Gin, Polar Ice Vodka, Captain Morgan White Rum, Jim Beam Bourbon, J&B Rare Scotch, Seagram’s VO Whisky.

Regarding travel, customs, necessary documents, Exchange Rates…

  • If traveling from US to CAD, yes, a passport is required for travel!

  • While Real ID is required for domestic travel, it is not required for international travel. Your passport will be the required identification for entry into Canada

  • Flights typically earlier in the day have a better track record to avoid possible delays.

  • Upon Arrival, follow depicted signage in the airport to customs. There you will use a kiosk to declare any items you have brought into Canada. You will need your Passport at this station as well.

  • You will present your passport alongside all those in your vehicle to border control.

  • One King West is centrally located in downtown Toronto where Ubers/Taxi’s are available. Rental cars are available at Toronto Pearson Airport.

  • Prices listed online and in-person in Toronto are CAD $ currency, unless otherwise stated as USD $. Please reference the latest currency rates online to understand prices owed. Most banks will auto-calculate/show the discount with the exchange rate upon purchasing.

    Toronto Pearson Airport does have a cash machine should you need to illicit CAD $.
